Can I return my order? And how do I make a return?
Want to return your order for a refund or replacement? No problem! We have an easy return policy. Simply email us at Meylicharm.jewelry@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You can return the jewelry within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. You can only return the item if it is undamaged and unworn.
Unfortunately, the earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

If your order has not yet been processed, you can modify or cancel it. However, once your order has been processed, it can no longer be modified or canceled.
I placed an order during the sales. Can I return my order?
All orders placed during the sales are final and therefore cannot be returned.
